How do I join my school?
With the join code your school gives you, or the invite they send.
I can't make it tonight. What do I do?
Open the class and tap Can't make it. Your credit comes back if you're inside your school's cancel window.
Why did I get a free class request?
A class was short of a role you cover, at your level. It's free if you take it, and you choose which roles you cover in your profile.
How do I pay?
iDEAL or card, on the web or in the app. Apple Pay works in the app.
Can I change my role or level?
Your role, yes, in your profile. Your level is set by the school.
